Antimony Tri (Isooctyl Mercaptopropionate) could absorb hydrogen chloride, replace the unstable chlorine atom of PVC,have addition reaction with double bond of PVC. It replace the traditional lead salts and cadmium salts, because it is harmful to humanhealth and environment.
